Oxford Instruments, a leader in high-technology analytical instrumentation used by engineers, quality managers and inspectors worldwide has made a significant investment in its North American support team (OI Service). This investment encompasses the training, tooling and extra personnel needed to bring OES support for U.S.-based customers in-house following dissolution of an exclusive partnership with its U.S. distributor and service provider.  This enhanced service structure represents a significant addition to the current U.S.-based service team by equipping them to fully support OES products within the company.

The Oxford Instruments team of on-site and field service engineers has been trained and equipped to maintain and repair specialized OES systems for industrial customers in North America. Now Oxford Instruments’ customers owning, or considering a purchase of OES products can expect convenient, owner-friendly and economical service performed by their expert service team.  “OES customers depend on our products to make million-dollar decisions every day. This change ensures customers that we stand behind them and provides confidence in our ability to help as soon as they make contact. In addition, they can enjoy the benefits of limited downtime and enhanced and economical service options” commented Bob Burton, Sales and Service Director, Americas. “Oxford Instruments’ commitment to this investment means we’ll be able to provide the same great quality support for OES that we are known for with other products” added Kelly Marchand, Americas Service Manager.

In addition to providing exceptional service, Oxford Instruments is A2LA accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 through the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). The company remains dedicated to providing a wide-range of after sales support options designed to optimize the cost of ownership. Oxford Instruments is committed to its customer’s success and supports them by providing service selections specific to their needs which can be tailored to avoid unexpected repair bills and downtime.  Our technicians have the unparalleled expertise so that customers can be confident that their instruments are maintained properly to the highest standards and repaired using only with authorized parts.
